Currently Azeez serves as the Managing Member of Azeez Investors, LLC.
Azeez co-founded Unitel in 1988 and served as it’s president from 1988 to 2002.
Azeez has also been an Independent Director of Inspro Technologies Corporation since 2011 and sits on the boards of Acrometris Strategic Software Services, as well as the Friends of Yemin Orde.
In 2010 Marquez founded Code Advisors, a New York and Silicon Valley based investment bank.
Marquez is the former Executive VP, Strategy and Corporate development for CBS Interactive.
Marquez previously served as the Director for Corporate Development at Yahoo. In this role Marquez worked directly with executive management on all acquisitions, investments and strategic initiatives. He was integral to the acquisition of 15 companies including Oddpost, Verdisoft, del.icio.us, Bix and Jumpcut.
Pfendt has more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations in the education and technology industry.
Pfendt spent 14 years at Apple where she was a founding member of Apple’s e-commerce business and held the position of Director for the Education Product, Sales, and Marketing divisions.
In 2010 Zeeli founded Moriondo Ventures, a leading Toronto, Canada based investment group.
Zeeli previously held senior Business Development roles at Dmatek (LSE: DTK, sold to US based PE group Francisco Partners), Attenti, and 3M. In these roles Zeeli worked with executive management on all M&A, strategic partnerships, corporate development and IP.
Zeeli also founded and led early stage high-tech venture capital funds, SMI Ventures and Naor Group LTD, where he was instrumental in funding and mentoring a large number of high-tech ventures and their management teams in the mobile, healthcare, RFID, semiconductors, SaaS, communications, cyber and robotics sectors.
Simone Acha provides IT consulting and advisory services to senior executives in the Federal Government and private industry with a 30-year record of demonstrated achievements and success in both the commercial and Federal sector. Prior to acquisition by ECS Federal in August 2012, Ms. Acha was the Chief Executive Officer of iLuMinA Solutions Incorporated, a leading provider of ERP Advisory Services to the Federal Government.
Ms. Acha currently provides leadership to several philanthropic boards. She chairs the United for Health Innovation (formerly PAHO Foundation) Board promoting public health in the Americas. She is the Governance and Membership Chair for the Smithsonian Science Education Center Advisory Board providing Smithsonian-based science curricula for grades K-8. She also serves as Membership Chair for the Virginia Tech National Capital Region’s President Leadership Council. She formerly co-chaired and is now an Advisory member of the Tiffany Circle of the American Red Cross, National Capital Region. She serves as a member of the WashingtonExec STEM Council and mentors high school girls seeking careers in the STEM fields through the Girls in Technology organization.
Ms. Acha is a graduate of the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research and holds a Minor in English"
