MUSIC specialist Tribal Planet is inviting journalists to view its latest innovations at the International Musikmesse in Frankfurt.

Tribal Planet will be displaying at booth 4.0 H83 during the event from Wednesday, March 28 to Saturday, March 31.

It is a chance for the UK-based company to show its increasing range of products including its new Planetone Harmonicas and GsX7 gig bags.

After success in revolutionising the guitar bag market Tribal Planet, set up four years ago, has now turned its hand to harmonicas.

It has been working with Johnny Mars, to create the Planetone harmonicas, which will be available to buy in music stores from May 2007.

The Planetone range includes 19 harmonicas including Blues, Tremolo, Octave, and Chromatic, which makes a full presentation and competes with the traditional manufacturers in the market.

The whole range has been enhanced from the standard traditional product and offers functionality and styling. All Tribal Planet brass reed plates feature nickel or chrome plating which will enhance the harmonica’s lifespan and prevent corrosion.

The new GsX7 gig bag is the latest in a line of popular guitar bags, created by Tribal Planet and it will be launched at the show.

The bag is among the most elegant in the market with its new sand and suede finish. It offers unrivalled protection with the equivalent of over 60mm of soft foam, lightweight plastic walls and Tribal Planet’s MultiShield construction system.

As well as the full range of sizes covering most stringed instruments, Tribal Planet has also launched the LsX7 laptop bag in suede and sand finish.

The unique design and functional pockets make this bag perfect for carrying both music and your laptop. Also ideal for carrying all of those floor pedals, multi FX units, power supplies and cables.

David Wright, Director of International Sales at Tribal Planet, said: “We have been busy during the last 12 months innovating new products which we are now ready to unveil at the Frankfurt International Musikmesse.

“Come along to our booth to see our latest products for yourself and to find out what is in store for Tribal Planet in the year ahead.”
